What is your warranty?
For seamless gutters, we offer a 5-year transferrable warranty on labor and 20-year transferrable manufacturer warranty against blistering, fading, flaking, cracking and peeling
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry required liability and workers comp insurance for both residential and commercial gutter installation.
What type of gutters do you install?
We install K-style seamless gutters in 5” (residential) and 6” (commercial).
Do you sell seamless gutters for homeowners to install themselves?
Our cut-and-drop services are limited to contractors at this time.
Do gutters cause ice dams?
No. Ice dams are caused from poor attic ventilation. Gutter leaf guards actually provide an airspace, allowing melting snow and ice to drain.
How many colors are available with seamless gutters?
As of 2022, there are 16 colors available for seamless gutters and downspouts. Subject to change. Please call (603) 235-1077 to verify. Click here to see gutter color chart.
Can you make seamless downspouts too?
We can. However, we find the standard 10 ft. sections are sufficient for most downspout installations.
How long do gutters last?
Quality seamless gutter installations should last 20 years or more. Proper gutter maintenance can make them last even longer.
How many times a year should I clean my gutters?
At a minimum, gutters should be cleaned annually in late fall. However, the best practice is to clean your gutters in late spring and late fall.
How do I know if my gutters aren’t working?
Clogged gutters will overflow during heavy rains. Look for mildew staining on the outside of the gutter and down the side of the house.
How long will the gutter installation take? Do I need to be home?
A seamless gutter installation can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days, depending on the complexity of the project. You do not need to be home for us to complete the work.
Will adding gutter leaf guards void my new roof warranty?
It is possible that a leaf guard system which is installed under the roof shingles could void a roof warranty. The leaf guard systems that we install are low-profile and seated within the gutter, therefore will not void your roof warranty.
I am having my roof stripped and re-shingled. Can my gutters be removed and reinstalled after the roof is finished?
Yes. While it is not necessary, it can be advantageous for you to have the gutter removed and reinstalled by professionals if you are concerned the roofers will damage the gutter or fill it with roofing debris.
Can you install only one downspout? I don’t want water dumping onto my driveway and freezing.
Downspouts should be installed every 20 to 30 feet to maintain a proper pitch and handle the volume of water coming off the roof. However, in some cases we can install a larger downspout to handle the water volume.
How sturdy are your gutters?
Our seamless gutters are .32 inches thick - the thickest available for residential installation. We install heavy-duty hardware on 12” centers (the industry standard for snow regions is 18”) and have a load capacity of 380 pounds. Installation of our leaf guard systems can increase the strength even more.
Some of my fascia is rotted. Do I need to hire a contractor to repair this before you install the gutter?
No. As painting and remodeling specialists for nearly 20 years, we are able to repair any damage to the fascia or soffit at the same time.
