No. Ice dams are caused from poor attic ventilation. Gutter leaf guards actually provide an airspace, allowing melting snow and ice to drain.

We can. However, we find the standard 10 ft. sections are sufficient for most downspout installations.

Quality seamless gutter installations should last 20 years or more. Proper gutter maintenance can make them last even longer.

At a minimum, gutters should be cleaned annually in late fall. However, the best practice is to clean your gutters in late spring and late fall.

Clogged gutters will overflow during heavy rains. Look for mildew staining on the outside of the gutter and down the side of the house.

A seamless gutter installation can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days, depending on the complexity of the project. You do not need to be home for us to complete the work.

It is possible that a leaf guard system which is installed under the roof shingles could void a roof warranty. The leaf guard systems that we install are low-profile and seated within the gutter, therefore will not void your roof warranty.

Yes. While it is not necessary, it can be advantageous for you to have the gutter removed and reinstalled by professionals if you are concerned the roofers will damage the gutter or fill it with roofing debris.

Downspouts should be installed every 20 to 30 feet to maintain a proper pitch and handle the volume of water coming off the roof. However, in some cases we can install a larger downspout to handle the water volume.

Our seamless gutters are .32 inches thick - the thickest available for residential installation. We install heavy-duty hardware on 12” centers (the industry standard for snow regions is 18”) and have a load capacity of 380 pounds. Installation of our leaf guard systems can increase the strength even more.
